Panjaz Panamanian Cuisine began as a meal delivery service specializing in Panamanian cuisine in 2014 and by 2019 transitioned into a small catering business.  There was a short-lived stay at a Ghost Kitchen and the experience from that segued into Panjaz hosting weekly Chef’s Table events and a somewhat popular pop-up, The “Panamanian Parada Pop Up” a food tent, which was always sold out shortly before opening up each weekend.  The pop up’s success was due greatly in part to a local furniture store owner who generously and graciously allowed small businesses from the community to do a farmers’ market/ open air market, free of charge on the store’s property.  The success also awakened and renewed creative energy and the determination to find a permanent brick and mortar.  Tenacity paid off and now a creative, unique and off the beaten path eatery located at 5115 Thousand Oaks is the home of Panjaz Panamanian Cuisine the only place to get Comida Panameña Sabroso in San Antonio.
